No therapeutic relationship

Using this website, sending an enquiry or requesting a booking does not create a therapist–client relationship. A professional relationship begins only once an appointment has been confirmed and the intake process has commenced.

Bookings, cancellations and fees

• Appointments are booked through the practice's Google Calendar booking link and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
• Fees are communicated before the first session. Payment is due as arranged with the practice.
• Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged, as agreed at intake.
• Medical aid reimbursement is between you and your scheme; you remain responsible for the account.

Telehealth

Virtual sessions are offered in line with HPCSA telehealth guidance. You are responsible for a private setting and a reliable connection. Telehealth may not be clinically appropriate in all cases, including acute risk situations.
